Watch out world, this girl just got her license, and oh how bittersweet it is for me! Gone are the "Mom, where are you? I need to get to ... !" calls. Those have now been replaced with the "Hey, did you get there ok? Any troubles?" Thankfully highway driving is not yet allowed until she gets some more practice in with Jack but for now she's enjoying a bubble tea to celebrate and some additional freedom! Here's our happy girl!
And yes, the old Rover continues to live on. Heaven knows we've spent more on this car to keep it up and running than we would have on a whole new car, not to mention the terrible gas mileage it gets but we all seem to be a bit attached to it so for now it remains a member of the family...
