Fourteen years of taking back to school photos for the boys ended this year. While they are probably thrilled to never have to smile for another one of my "first day of school" photos again, I'm grateful for them entertaining me all these years and being such good sports about it. And indeed have they been good sports in more ways than one. They attended three different schools during their high school years, participated all four years on both the high school swim and water polo teams, made a bunch of new friends, all while maintaining excellent grades. Jack and I frequently say they have far surpassed anything we accomplished in high school. May this be a fabulous year to both of you.
Ty decided to take on the task of painting their parking spot. It turned out so good and of course it's no surprise he chose to focus on swimming as the theme. It's also fun to see the view from a drone that the school captured.
Next off was sweet Sage who has really amazed us with her grace as she has attended seven different schools by 8th grade. The jury is out on how many more she'll attend by the time she graduates from high school but for now this smart, sweet, and at times sassy girl continues to surprise us in such amazing ways.
